Posting For Diet Accountability

I am nearing the end of my fourth week on my diet.  I weigh again on Friday.  Since I went out of town, I used all of my flex points for the week already.  (Those are your 49 extra weekly points you can use on top of your 29 daily points.)  That means I have just my 29 points left for both today and tomorrow.  I decided that since it is hard for me to do the 29 points each day, I will post a blog about it in order to keep myself accountable.  I figure that if I have to update this blog in 2 days with my progress, that should motivate me to use only my daily points.  So, here goes nothin'!
