As a nursing mother, I have found it very difficult to diet lately. The desire is there, but the drop in blood sugar makes me very cranky. Then add to that the fact that I have 2 toddlers who know how to push my buttons, and it makes for a very difficult day.
So, I am trying a different eating plan today. I am testing out the Weight Watchers plan. I am debating on whether or not to join. If I do, it will be online. I can't afford to spend an extra $40 a month on meetings.
I have heard rave reviews from friends and family members. My mom just joined this week.
The main concern I have is figuring out the logistics of it. It's kinda like learning a new skill to try and figure out the points. But, I guess it's worth a try considering that these pounds won't lose themselves. So, I will go ahead and test the waters and let you know how that goes.
