A friend of mine suggested this to me as a good diet food. It's cottage cheese with berries. You can sweeten it if you like. She mentioned honey, but I added Splenda. This is a good food for weight watchers or any diet. You have dairy, protein, fruit, and antioxidants. I used fat free cottage cheese and frozen blackberries thawed in the microwave.
